It's 2007 already! Wow time flies! The kids had fun shooting fireworks with daddy tonight when it got dark. Fireworks are only allowed to be sold for the week between Christmas and New Years, and people really go for it here. You can buy everything from sparklers to bottle rockets. And of course the streets and sidewalks are covered in paper from the fireworks as well as beer and champagne bottles the next morning.
We live next door to the fire house in our neighborhood...Ican't count the number of times we've seen the same truck go out in different directions!
